Sinus headache, here it comes!

Poor hardworking mom today got terrible sinuses.   This is what I got when it's winter.   I really want to just stay in bed but I can't because of kids.   I wish I have a twin to do all my works here while I'm sick hehe!  Anyway, I had nothing to do about it, just move as I can thats it:(!
